Baker Boys first engaged Julia Johnston in September 2023 to assist in bringing Baker Boys up to speed with our Health & Safety systems. We have used her services on a weekly basis since then, and intend to continue using her as required to supplement our internal resources.
Julia has initiated a complete overall of our Health and Safety systems, using ISO 45001 as a guide. She has provided valued support and guidance to our internal H&S resource and has been a valued advisor to me and to senior leadership. She has also performed investigations and conducted thorough risk assessments of our operations.
